Job Scope:
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of assigned projects according to specifications and client expectations.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery within project budgets while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines to ensure projects are delivered punctually.
- Conduct project meetings as necessary for issue resolution and progress updates.
- Manage change requests, informing all stakeholders and mitigating any impacts on schedule and budget.
- Handle project transition periods, effectively managing client expectations.
- Supervise onsite setup to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and timely completion as required.
- Administer Permit-To-Work processes and related documentation such as Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures.
- Source subcontractors, suppliers, and materials as needed for project requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in managing interior fit-out projects, specifically in commercial office design and build will be an advantage
- Candidates with other relevant project management experience are welcome to apply!
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, depending on size and scope.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
