- Prior experience in Sector Coverage / Debt Financing, especially in TMT, Project Finance, General Infrastructure
Responsibilities would include:
- Sector coverage banking activities including marketing, pitching and providing tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge and expertise
- Assist in origination and lead execution efforts in the Digital Infra space
- Maintain close relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships
- Lead ideation, client engagement and pitching efforts
- Prepare financial proposals including term sheets and/or presentations, assist in the negotiation process on deals
- Guide junior members, on entire deal process and review financial models
- Identity and monitor market developments and opportunities; Keep track on Digital Infra sector trends
- Liaise with various internal, external stakeholders (banks, advisors, legal firms etc.) and clients as necessary. Discuss potential solutions/ ideas for clients.
Profile of ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Years of relevant work experience: minimum of 7-12, preferably in Sector Coverage / Debt Financing, especially in TMT, Project Finance, General Infrastructure
- Good transaction structuring skills and understanding of credit process
- Financial modelling skills
- Ability to guide and mentor junior members
- Good client network and relationship with other sector participants
- Positive personality with strong work ethics
- Independent, self-motivated and strong team player with ability to work in multicultural team
