Job Description:
· Plan, place, negotiate & administrate outward GI reinsurance treaty programme for the Company.
· Compile treaty statistics and conduct business analysis.
· Handle treaty technical statement of accounts.
· Handle treaty Cash Call/XOL claims recoveries.
· Handle inward treaty run-off administration.
· Handle reinsurance reporting.
· Coordinate with IT for system enhancement.
· Monitor reinsurance activities and report on any irregularities.
· Conduct reinsurance market research and analysis.
· Liaise with internal/external parties on reinsurance queries.
· Any other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
· Degree holder with minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in insurance/reinsurance related fields.
· Analytical, meticulous and numerate.
· Possess relevant insurance/reinsurance qualification will be an added advantage.
· Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
· Able to work independently as well as in a team.
