Responsibilities:
- To responsible for account opening and handling of enquiries
- To review account documents submitted by Relationship Managers
- To ensure accounts are opened in the system and ensure document deficiencies are accurately
- To ensure quality service is provided to internal clients
- To support in user acceptance testing
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from management
Requirements:
- Possess Degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in Onboarding documentation in Private Bank.
- Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel
