An exciting and rare opportunity to join an established European PE fund manager that is looking to build their presence in Asia Pacific region. They are committed to grow in Asia, hence looking to hire a portfolio monitoring professional to join their growing team.
The Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the performance and risk management of their investment portfolios which include monitoring the performance of their portfolio companies on a regular basis, analyze portfolio metrics, including IRR, volatility and risk exposures, identify trends and potential risks within the portfolios and recommend appropriate actions, conduct in-depth research and analysis on the industries and competitors, work closely with the investment team to develop and implement risk management strategies, generate regular reports for internal stakeholders on portfolio performance and risk metrics, assist in the development and enhancement of portfolio monitoring tools and processes etc.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years relevant experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or related roles. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
