Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quotes, sales and purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Prepare and submit project progress claim.
- Arrange and monitor deliveries, shipments, and project timelines.
- Manage project-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide administrative support to project team members as needed.
- Assist with routine office duties and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Handle various tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, project documentation and schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
