Job Description:
- Acts as a key leader within the marketing team
- Formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop engaging online content, including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success.
- Manage company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social media presence.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring that each team member understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience with at least 1 year in managerial role
- Knowledge in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is required.
