Job Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of C&B programs including Job & Pay structure, industry benchmarking analytics, performance & bonus plans, etc.
- Effective collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and other HR functions is crucial.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to track key performance indicators related to compensation&benefits.
- Professionalize the annual manpower budget in line with deadlines and guidelines
- Define and develop the C&B programs and activities to meet the company short-term or long-term objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention through effective compensation and benefits offerings.
- Lead/manage routine C&B related processes e.g. budgeting, salary planning, merit increase, incentive scheme, etc.
- Lead C&B projects e.g. marmonization of job titling and pay grading for different entities.
- Data Management and Reporting: Oversee data integrity and accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years solid global/regional C&B experience in MNC
- Experience in Rewards consulting firms is an advantage
- Strong logical thinking and data analytical skills
- Project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PPT;
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation of HR metrics
