Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights on sales performance and customer behavior.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Excel, etc.) to track and interpret data trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.
2. Planning and Execution of eCommerce Strategies:
- Create and execute detailed eCommerce strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating data analysis, innovative ideation, and strategic planning.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to inform strategy development, ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with market trends.
- Generate and present proposals outlining strategic initiatives, objectives, and expected outcomes to senior management for approval.
- Plan and oversee eCommerce campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and special offers.
3. Digital Platforms & Customer Experience Optimization:
- Oversee the user experience (UX) on our eCommerce platform to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
- Implement A/B testing and other usability assessments to continually improve site functionality.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance website features, product pages, and checkout processes.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for other business divisions (e.g.; sales, telesales, retail, marketing) to support strategic initiatives.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
5. Budgeting:
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in E-commerce with a proven track record of driving online sales and improving customer experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and interpretation using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI or similar.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- In-depth understanding of customer behaviour and experience optimization techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
