Job Description
- Data-entry into ERP systems
- Three-way match for Accounts receivable (AR) / Accounts Payable (AP)
- Reconciliation of Statement of Accounts (SOA) and invoices
- Daily email sorting, documents circulation
- Perform administrative duties (filing, scanning of documents )
- Any ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and related functions
