Job Responsibilities:
• This role will focus on growing the Fire Protection Systems/Solutions business
• Effectively generate new business by prospecting, cold calling or leveraging on existing contacts.
• Measure current sales within existing accounts and develop action plans to increase sales revenue.
• Support, review and prepare, not limiting to the following: Prepare proposal, design, cost estimation and quotations, presentation, closing the sale and enabling order fulfilment.
• Establish partnership with Key suppliers/principals to continuously drive sales performance to existing channels eg: training, joint sales calls, promotion etc.
• Provide technical support to key accounts
• Lead presentations, proposals and plans as necessary.
• Identify cross selling opportunities within key accounts.
• Work closely with internal teams on projects.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related engineering fields
• At least 3 years of Fire Protection and Packages sales or engineering design experience
in marine & offshore and/or oil & gas industry.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
• Have passion to lead company’s sales growth.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Strong problem solving and follow-up skills.
