Job Description:
- Oversee all QA/QC activities for the high-rise building project.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and document quality control processes, including material testing, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the quality management system and suggest improvements.
- Ensure all QA/QC documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Provide training and support to project staff on QA/QC procedures and standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on quality-related matters.
- Prepare and present QA/QC reports and documentation for management review.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant QA/QC certifications (e.g., Conquas /ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in QA/QC for high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, standards, and practices in the construction industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and audits.
- Willingness to work a 6-day work week.
