• Technical order execution (from order hand over by sales up to delivery of equipment to site
• Review of contractual documents and technical specifications
• Develop technical solutions and corresponding specifications
• Definition of technical requirements of mechanical equipment, apparatuses and instruments
• Prepare equipment data sheets, drawings, plant layout and P&ID
• Work with different technical disciplines internally or external vendors to meet technical requirements.
• Furnish drawings and documentation to customers as requested in customer’s contract
• Schedule and coordinate customer inspections (if required)
• Compile final documentation to customer to ensure proper installation and orderly start-up of our systems
• Manage project through various stages (basic, detail engineering, cost control) to ensure all contractual requirements are met prior to shipment
• Participate in customer meetings as and when required
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and customers to meet project schedules
• Execute any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and/or related discipline
• Design using Auto CAD and/or 3D software
• Mindset for technical and economic smart solutions, cost awareness
• Experience working with marine or offshore EPCC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning) will be advantage
• Preferred to communicate in Mandarin with Chinese speaking customers & colleagues
