- Responsible for the day-to-day efficient administration of the maintenance at Headquarter Building and Dementia Centre.
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment including repairs.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance of both buildings.
- Manage and overseeing contractors/technicians during regular service and when professional repairs are necessary, including project contractors/works.
- Responsible for landscaping and cleanliness for the entitle St John complex, including Dementia Centre.
- Organise and manage tabletop and fire drill exercise.
- Environmental Controls and Compliances
- Ensures that all safety and security measures are adhered to
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
· Singaporeans preferred
· Skilled Hands on Job
· Knowledge in mechanical and electrical repairs
· Ability to monitor work progress closely and execute consistent follow up of tasks or responsibilities
· Initiate and drive changes when necessary
· Punctual and reliable
· A good team player with ability to work independently
