Job Responsibilities
- Administer proprietary and university partner academic programmes.
- Assist in the management of lecturers for updating and preparation of teaching materials and marking of papers
- Liaise with the management for all academic aspects of university partner programmes.
- Assisting the Academic and Assessment functions of the Business School.
- Liaise with external institutions, government agencies, university partners, and organisations on academic and assessment matters.
- Liaise with the Academic and Examination Boards.
- Address student enquiries and requests such as process of transfer, deferment, withdrawal, and refund, as well as any other student matters.
- Handle and coordinate funding certification claims post-course completion.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting of submissions to relevant authorities like ICA, CPE, etc.
- Assist the marketing team by providing relevant information for advertisements.
- Undertake any ad-hoc task or project as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in an education and tertiary level institution.
- Experience with the Private Education Act, ERF, EduTrust Certification Scheme standards and requirements, etc. would be an added advantage.
- High level of personal integrity, outgoing, customer-focused and able to work under pressure.
- Resourceful, independent, and results-oriented
- Strong coordination, administration, and interpersonal skills
