Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients, construction teams, and other stakeholders to bring visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural designs and plans for new construction projects and renovations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Develop project briefs, feasibility studies, and design concepts.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee and coordinate construction projects to ensure they adhere to design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools to create and modify designs.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, building materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect with 2 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent design and visualization skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
