We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Operations Associate to support our marketing, sales, administrative and operational activities.

As the Marketing and Operations Associate, you will support various aspects of our marketing campaigns, sales efforts, social media, administrative tasks and daily operations. This role is ideal for somone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Sales:
- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Help organize and manage marketing events and campaigns.
Administration:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Help maintain organizational policies and procedures.
Operations:
- Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities to ensure efficiency.
- Support inventory management, logistics, and supply chain activities.
- Help monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- A related field or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing and sales software/tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
