Job Summary:
We are searching for an accomplished Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee our warehouse operations, manage inventory, and guarantee the effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, logistics, or 3PL, as well as a diploma in a relevant field.
Responsibilities:
- Organize warehouse space for maximum efficiency.
- Supervise warehouse staff and drivers.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Oversee inventory and coordinate with other departments.
- Plan daily activities to achieve targets.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Schedule material transfers and coordinate with other departments.
- Develop strategic plans to increase warehouse efficiency.
- Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce safety policies and operating instructions.
- Resolve equipment issues and maintain a clean warehouse.
Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or 3PL.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience with a bonded warehouse is a plus.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word & Excel.
- Minimum Diploma in logistics or a related field
