Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordination: Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across different teams.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitoring Progress: Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and are completed within the specified time frame.
- Reporting: Generate and provide regular project status reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Education: Diploma in any field
