Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily collection and delivery operations, optimizing routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Proactively address and resolve any collection or delivery issues that may arise during operations, minimizing disruptions.
- Manage and tabulate trip allowances and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the maintenance of all fleet vehicles, scheduling and coordinating regular servicing and repairs.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, including toolbox talks, to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Implement cross-training programs for team members to enhance their versatility and capabilities.
- Ensure all team members complete Safety Induction Courses and other relevant safety training.
- Adhere to existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in drafting new SOPs when necessary.
- Strictly adhere to company policies and safety rules to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant logistic fleet experience
- Must have Class 3 driving license
- Able to work well in a team and fast pace environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
