Responsibilities:
Install, test, commission, and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance (PM & CM) on healthcare equipment/systems.
Address and resolve recurring issues promptly to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Plan and schedule PM or CM tasks efficiently.
Provide post-sales support as needed.
Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, contractors, and clients for project management.
Assist the project team in executing projects smoothly.
Respond promptly to service calls.
Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and identify prospects.
Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
Proficient in using software-assisted technical service diagnostic and testing equipment.
Minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with a keen learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Good command of English and familiarity with Microsoft Office and IT tools.
Self-motivated, diligent, and reliable.
Possession of a valid driving license is advantageous.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
