F & B Outlet Manager

Chateraise Singapore has vacancies for F & B Outlet Managers

Job Role and Responsibilities

• To oversee and manage all areas of the assigned outlet

• Ensure excellent customer service in all areas

• To accomplish sales and profits objectives

• To recruit, train, motivate and maintain low turnover rate

• Plan weekly schedule and update daily timesheets

• Ensure the assigned outlet is staffed to maximise sales potential and operational efficiency.

• Inventory management, stock take and wastage control

• Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Country Manager from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent

• Preferably working experience in the Front & Back of House Operations

• Great people skills and excellent team player

• Good learning ability (both to learn and help others learn).

• Passionate about F&B/ Confectionery an added advantage

• Multiple Locations: Millenia Walk, Tampines West, Le Quest, Hougang Rivercourt

• Working Hours: 6 days/week, 54hours (inclusive of weekends and PH)
