Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Lead the development of new dishes and beverages, ensuring they align with the restaurant's brand and customer preferences.
- Menu Adjustments: Regularly adjust the menu based on customer feedback and business performance to keep it fresh and appealing.
- Cooking: Prepare and cook dishes that are delicious and visually appealing, maintaining the highest standards of culinary artistry.
- Cost Management: Calculate food costs and work with shareholders to keep food costs within a reasonable range.
- Supplier Selection: Participate in the selection of suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen; manage kitchen staff efficiently; ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with the restaurant manager and shareholders to ensure the entire team understands the product offerings and objectives.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in Sichuan cuisine, with additional experience in fusion cuisine or Western cooking.
- Previous experience working in a five-star hotel or renowned restaurant.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to develop menus that cater to customer tastes and business goals.
- More than 3 years of experience in kitchen management and standardization of products.
- Strong communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
- Hardworking, well-organized, and able to produce high-quality dishes quickly and efficiently during peak times.
