Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall stocks and inventory.
- Key in and maintain the inventory in the Auto-count System.
- Coordinate with other departments (mainly sales and operations) for forecasts and delivery orders.
- Manage the storeman.
- Shipping / Logistics (Import/Export).
- Compare & negotiate the rates with forwarders.
- Prepare documentations for Exports.
- Local and overseas purchases, price negotiation with suppliers.
- Local and overseas sourcing.
Requirements:
· Degree required.
· Min. 4-5 years of relevant experience.
· Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office, inventory software
· Knowledge of the Auto-count software would be an advantage
· Ability to multi tasks, capable of working independently and self-motivated
· Able to start working immediately
· Fluent English
· Salary negotiable according to background & experience.
