Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the inpatient ward.
- Assess patients' health status and prioritize care based on their needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and modify patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about the care plan and discharge instructions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
- Valid SNB and BCLs
- Prior inpatient ward experience
- No need experience , Training Provided
