Job Descriptions:
- Handle sales inquiries and manage client communications.
- Understand client requirements to develop design proposals and mood boards.
- Create 2D spatial layout plans for design projects.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) quotations for project budgeting.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to address and fulfill client needs.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure successful and complete project execution on-site.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of materials and services.
- Accompany clients to vendor locations for the selection of materials, accessories, and furniture when necessary.
- Work with in-house drafter and 3D design team to ensure design accuracy and effectiveness.
- Source reference materials and conduct research to verify that products and materials are suitable for the project.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the interior design field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with design and space planning.
