What You’ll Do

• Develop software components with Microservices-based Architecture.
• Subject matter expert in Cloud Native, Agile, DevOps and CI/CD to all levels of management and project teams.
• Develop and delivery of Cloud Native Application Development.
• Participate and contribute actively in cloud native development and standards.
• Document requirements, codes and prepare reports in the software development lifecycle.
• Write high quality, testable code following clean code and SOLID design principles
• Conduct code reviews
• Create design, technical and project documentation
• Plan and schedule own work for tasks and projects, also implement functionality without direct supervision
• Perform profiling and troubleshooting of existing solutions
• Coordinate application deployment
• Follow and understand defined software development process
• Participate workshops and presentation of proposed solution to customers
• Communicate with customer on regular basis to clarify business requirements
• Provide coaching to team members with technical solutions
• Work independently while in close collaboration with others in the team and across projects.

What Will Make You Shine

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors.
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Native principles and techniques such as Microservices-based architecture/development, RESTful API development, container-based software deployment, Test Driven Development, Strong Unit and integration testing skill, Spring Boot.
• Well versed in software system engineering principles and technologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM, Pair Programming)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Strong technical hands-on experience in Java 11+/Microservices apps with frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, JDBC, JMS, JMX, JUnit, GitLab, Mockito & WireMock, Rabbit MQ/Kafa messaging and Spring Cloud Stream framework.
• Possess critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present clearly both verbally and in written form, Independent, motivated, reliable and organized.
• A team player with strong communication skill in English
• Good interpersonal skills, analytical mind, get things done attitude, and passion for engineering excellence
• Ability to analyze several possible decisions of engineering problem and evaluate which one is better suited.
• In depth understanding of different phases of software development lifecycle and understanding of Agile Scrum processes
• Willingness and ability to adapt to changes in priorities and requirements
• Active learner who is passionate about technology and keeps up to date with technology changes
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate (CEFR B1) or higher level of spoken and written English
