Job Description
Sales Management
- Work closely with Sales Manager on yearly Annual Business Plan, Budget, A&P Planning and BTL Expenses.
- Prepare internal /external business reviews/ presentations.
- Perform Sales Analysis by Segment by Retailers (pre & post-activity) evaluation to ensure ROI is achieved
- Collaborate with Brand Manager(internal) or buyers(retailers) on Promotion Activities, Campaigns, New Product Launches, Promotional Packs, Price Change, Cross Promotion etc
- Update Monthly Promo Scheduler
Planning and Execution
- Monitor new and existing products distribution to the existing customers in assigned retailers
- Initiate, plan and execute sales promotion plan with existing or new buyers
- Work closely with Trade Marketing in relation to promotion plan and merchandising displays
- Manage and work closely with a group of Sales Merchandiser
- Update regularly on promotion activities /materials
- Monitor, analyse, evaluate market trend, opportunities & competitors activities
Supply Chain
- Work closely with the supply chain (internal/retailers) for stocks forecast, delivery before the campaigns or festive start
- Coordinate with retailers for facilitating the inventory availability (BTB)
Others
- Any duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer/ HOD.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 - 4 Years relevant experience in Trade Marketing & Sales experience (On /Off Line) preferably in FMCG environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Able to create and deliver proposals and presentations
- With Driving Licence (optional)
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good sense of urgency
