Admin Assistant – Counselling Centre
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Serves as the first point of contact for Counselling clients by delivering excellent customer service.
· Contact clients to follow up with appointments, answer and reply to enquiries, arrange appointments, etc.
· Perform admin work and clerical support
· Bilingual
Job Requirements:
· Minimum GCE “O” Levels or equivalent qualification
· Proven experience in a front desk role with good communication skills.
· Positive mindset, energetic, and willing to learn attitude
· Preferably with working experience in a non-profit or charity organization.
