Bot MD is a Y Combinator funded startup with the mission of Empowering Doctors around the world. Our core technology, “Bot MD”, is a proprietary A.I. Clinical Chat Assistant that can be integrated with any hospital and clinical information system and used to power any chat platform (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber) to help doctors and nurses automate patient engagement and remote monitoring.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Success Associate to join our growing team to support existing clients to leverage on our products to grow. This role will be a great fit for you if you love driving growth, get excited by engaging with clients and are passionate about using data to drive insights into actions and delivering results.
In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and help to strengthen the playbook of Bot MD’s account management strategies in Singapore and beyond. Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by orchestrating a well-developed rollout and implementation strategy of the Bot MD products
- Develop a deep understanding of the metrics and drivers for success, and communicate data-driven recommendations to guide execution of goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process and product imrpovements to support client renewal and revenue growth
- Uncover new opportunities within existing clients to enable up-sell and cross-sell conversations.
- Opportunity to build a playbook to scale across the region
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of customer success or account management experience; with relevant experience in the healthcare or startup tech related fields
- Open to fresh graduates willing and interested to learn
- Passionate about Bot MD’s products and impacting healthcare
- Love to meet customers and understand how you can help them solve their pain points
- Able to multitask and handle multiple projects or accounts at once
- Love technology and possess a deep understanding of SaaS products, ideally with experience managing hospital and clinic stakeholders within the medical industry
- Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams (product management, solutions delivery, engineering)
- Team player with great communication skills and a can-do spirit
