Job Description
- Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation
- Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim
- Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects
- Ability to source, negotiate and award contracts to vendors
- Other duties assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
- Min Diploma or relevant certificate in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction industry
- Computer literacy in MS office preferably with basic AUTOCAD drawing
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- 5.5 working days per week at Changi area
