Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the tax compliance matters and ensure adherence to local tax requirements for UPS businesses in Asia Pacific countries, excluding India and China.
- Collaborate with finance team and external tax advisor on ensuring timeliness and accuracy of statutory filings.
- Review and ensure that UPS transfer pricing policies are adhered to in the statutory filings.
- Support and ensure the transfer pricing documentation prepared by Corporate/tax adviser comply with local requirements.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects/assignments
Job Requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
- Relevant working experience in Big 4 CPA firm or MNC environment will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
- Good time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- An independent team player with good self-initiative and willingness to learn
- Good oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with different levels of people
- Strong financial acumen, analytical, planning/organizing skills and attention to details
- Proficiency of Microsoft office applications especially in Excel & Word.
