Job Description
- Assist HR Manager to handle foreign construction worker matters.
- Maintain filing system for safe keeping important documents.
- Manage Photo Copy Machine and keep track of copier and pager usage by site staff and subcontractor staff.
- Provide basic IT and administrative support to project site.
- Assist Finance Department for adhoc duties.
- Answers phones and refers calls to appropriate personnel or provides requested information.
- Perform adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience as administrator.
- Good command of English.
- Proven Office 365 experience – Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong team and collaborative skills.
- Willing to work at HDB construction site.
