Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate training delivery and manage email inquiries.
- Support training requests, registrations, clinic visits, and attachments for a smooth process.
- Maintain accurate training records, manage course claims, invoices, and billings efficiently.
- Organize training sessions, handle attendance, course evaluations, materials, certificates, and room/equipment arrangements.
- Coordinate graduation ceremonies and award events, including creative elements like videos and interactive slides.
- Assist departments and wards with operational support, supplies, and projects.
- Handle other assigned ad-hoc tasks.
Requirement:
- Min Alevel / Diploma
- Able to operate projectors and laptops
Working Hours
- Kent Ridge
- Mon to Fri, office hours
- $12 / hour
