Responsibilities:
- Manage department operations to meet customer business requirements, including order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, and accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Train and develop staff to ensure job compliance, maintain discipline, and achieve high-quality work output.
- Prepare and report management KPIs for timely review and strategic planning.
- Handle customer invoicing to ensure timely revenue collection.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to address their needs and improve service delivery.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently.
- Assign tasks to staff and manage scheduling to optimize workflow.
- Oversee all aspects of logistics administration and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder or Degree holder in related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
- Detail oriented, analytical, and innovative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Good knowledge in process mapping and value stream mapping to identify improvement areas.
- Good analytical skills to review both financial and operational data.
- Good leadership and coaching skills to continuously encourage and motivate employees.
- Good in working with numerous data to define, implement and monitor KPI and provide data driven insights and identify areas for improvement.
