Responsibilities
- Maintaining the records and databases.
- Provide overall administrative support for project operations.
- Matching invoices against purchase orders and ensuring all invoices are duly signed before sending them to the Office.
- Purchasing of parts.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Skills
- Proven experience as office administrator or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Qualifications in secretarial and office administration studies is preferred.
