- Assist the design, development, configuration and implementation of mechanical/electronic systems, which will optimize efficiencies, stabilize yield and enhance EO’s capabilities, from concept to pilot
- Recommend, acquire, implement and optimize mechanical/electronic components
- Provide timely support to the relevant OPs teams on the running of processes through pilot phase and into production phase and create and maintain solution documentation
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or other relevant Engineering
Skills & Abilities Required:
- Demonstrable experience setting up programmable logic controller (PLC), single-board computers and/or robotic or automated systems, preferably in an industrial environment would be advantageous
- Results oriented and possessing a hands-on attitude
- Solid team player, strong interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
- Analytical problem solving and attention to detail
- Highly self-driven and ability to work independently
