Senior/ Staff Nurse
As a Staff Nurse (Dialysis), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Prepare equipment and patient for dialysis treatment.
- Versed in Cannulation/ Venepuncture.
- Monitoring vital signs and ensuring safety of care through dialysis treatment process
- Ensure proper documentations of patient’s progress.
- Adhere to nursing and infection control guidelines and regulations
- Ensure treatment stations are tidied and sterilized according to guidelines and SOP.
- Other tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Nursing
- Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- BCLS/ AED Certified
- 5 Days week (Mon – Sat )/ 2 shifts – am/pm
- Positve attitude
