Report to Project Manager, the engineer has the following responsibilities :
- Assist the project manager in project planning , all on-site technical / engineering matter and authority submissions
- Assist the project manager in managing and implementing the quality , environmental, health and safety (QEHS) management system of PIKASA CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PTE LTD on site.
- Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance to operating procedures , quality standards and contractual specifications
- Monitor progress of works and site activities to ensure adherence to project timeline
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data ( maps, reports, test, drawing etc)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Responsible for all inspection activities carried out at work site
- To update all structural / architectural and M&E progress with scheduling tools
- To prepare and submit shop drawing / material /MOS monthly progress claims and PM report
- To analyze customer complaints and provide advise and resolve problems creatively
Requirement and Skills
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or its equivalent
Proficient in MS Office , Auto Cad
Good analytical, supervision and communication skills
3 years of experience in Building Engineering projects
Must be familiar with Term Contracts
