UBX Boxing + Strength is an industry revolution. Training sessions are modeled around a 12 round boxing contest and are professionally designed to combine functional strength and cardio exercises for all fitness levels.
You will be required to:
- Run daily workouts of Boxing & Functional Strength
- Provide professional advice and consultation to members in both group and PT sessions
- Execute new member onboarding and existing member retention programs
- Assist in carrying out sales campaigns in order to increase membership via lead generation, brand promotion, social media networks and out-reach activities
- Participate in technical and personal development activities
- Maintain gym facilities and perform light cleaning
Requirement
- Have solid boxing and functional strength training knowledge and skills and be able to coach others effectively
- Experience in instructing group fitness classes
- Enjoy interacting with people and building meaningful relationships
- Have an energetic, positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
- Posession of fitness certifications or competiiton experience is an added advantage
