Sales admininstrator

SALES SUPPORT:


  •  Follow up on the delivery schedule and customer order
  •  Attend to Director and Salesman’s assigned duties
  •  Handle existing and new customers
  •  Follow up customers enquires
  •  Provide quotations to customer
  •  Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders/ promote related products
  •  Issue sales order
  •  Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

· Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking members and customers

· Familiar with accounting software is a plus point

· Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude.

· Meticulous and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Good communication skills to liaise with people from all levels.
