Responsibilities:
- Manage full accounts cycle, including bank reconciliation and journal entries.
- Ensure accurate data entry in MYOB for all transactions.
- Handle accounts payable by verifying documents, monitoring payments, and issuing vendor cheques.
- Process accounts receivable by verifying documents, timely invoicing, and recording sales transactions.
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register and prepare audit schedules.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing, ensuring timely completion.
- Organize and maintain financial documents, provide administrative support, and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in full sets of accounts
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
