Job Description:
- Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
- Create BIM Design / Tender Models and Documentation.
- Support BIM implementation tasks on projects and facilitate project construction team with updated approved BIM information.
- Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
- Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
- Review and revise the current revision status
- Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
- Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
- Detailing and documentation of working drawing
- Follow the standards, work flows, settings and best practices that ensure delivery of high quality consistent model and drawing output across the entire project.
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirement:
- Degree in related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry and have relatable experiences on BIM Drafter and coordination works.
- Able to work well in teams and independently
