The client of our is on the largest consumer Manufacturerer with a Global Presence and market capitalization of more than USD10 billion. With increasing demands and as part of their growth, they are currently looking for a Technology Automation and AI Lead to be an integral part of their business based here in Singapore.
Responsibilities:-
As the Technology Automation & AI Lead, you will spearhead business transformation through automation, leveraging a project management and data-driven approach. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze processes, recommend improvements, and develop automation solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform to create business solutions and applications.
- Implement RPA technology to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes.
- Leverage AI to augment automation capabilities and provide intelligent insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify their automation needs.
- Provide training and support to teams for new automated processes and systems.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Automation.
- Experience in engaging with business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with low code/power platform/PowerApps/PowerAutomate or Azure components (e.g., ChatGPT) is highly preferred.
- A strong background in machine learning, proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and experience with deep learning frameworks would be an added advantage.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Automation, AI, Engineering, or Data-related roles.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for specializations in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Demonstrable experience with a range of Python libraries in AI and Data Manipulation domains.
- Practical knowledge of vector databases like Chroma or FAISS is valued.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- Proven track record in developing and managing digital automation, including ChatBot, AI, etc.
