- Working Hours: 5.25 days, Mon-Fri (8 am-5 pm/9 am-6 pm), Alt Sat (8 am-12 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, walk-in, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate details about our products, services, and rental terms.
- Quickly resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Efficiently handle equipment rental bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable rental equipment and services.
- Guide customers through the rental process, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by turning inquiries into sales and rental agreements.
- Stay updated on promotions, deals, and new products/services to inform customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Work with logistics and maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and readiness.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Provide feedback on customer service processes and equipment offerings to improve business operations.

- Minimum Diploma holder, additional certificates in Customer Service, Sales, or related fields are a plus.
- Familiarity with sales software/ CRM tools, or with knowledge in equipment rental industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
