- Position Title: Facility Engineer
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance ($750) + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of building, facilities, and security at all Company’s site.
- Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, testing, general maintenance and repair of the critical site systems and equipment.
- Ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly.
- Critical systems and equipment include power/ UPS, backup generator and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.
- Provide situation/ status updates to the Facility Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
- Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities.
- Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests.
- Liaise with contractors on maintenance/ repair.
- Supervise contractor on-site.
- Review risk assessment submitted by contractor prior to commencement of work.
- Ensure required safety requirements are in place prior to commencement of work.

- Diploma or Higher NITEC in relevant studies.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Facility Management.
- Preferably with own car.
- Willing to travel to other facility sites for 1~2 days per week.
