Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standard of customer service to prospects and existing clients.
- Provide support on pre and post sales related enquiries (products and service) through various customer touch-points (calls, emails and website enquiries)
- Resolve customers' feedback and complaints promptly.
- Manage post sales service-related matters for existing clients.
- Instill customer loyalty and retention through outbound service calls.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Min 1 year of customer service / call center experience
- Passion for service and possess excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Team player with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior role
Working Location: Yishun
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Salary: Up to $3,000
