Responsibilities:
- Validate local and incoming documentation, including AWB, Invoice, Custom Declaration, BL, Packing List, Letter of Credit, etc.
- Provide support to customers regarding shipping inquiries, delivery estimates, and order status updates.
- Accurately record shipping details into systems and perform necessary documentation tasks.
- Close all job files promptly to ensure timely month-end account closing.
Requirements:
- Candidate with experience in freight forwarding is a plus
- Candidate with no experience is welcome. Training will be provided.
