Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office organization.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Executive Assistance: Manage calendars and schedule appointments for senior team members.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare expense reports and manage reimbursements.
Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda creation, materials preparation, and taking meeting minutes.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate team events, meetings, and conferences.
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and activities.
- Project Support: Provide support on special projects as assigned by senior team members.
Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the private equity or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with scheduling and travel management tools.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes.
