Business Development and Relationship Management
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with company strategy.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors and team.
- Develop proposal and presentation to win projects.
- Develop and maintain an extensive network of industry contacts to be aware of opportunities and industry trends that affect company business.
- Maintain and develop existing and new clients and opportunities for the mooring rental, project, and sale segments in the territory.
- Shared data with BD Assistant for inputs into CRM and be the custodian of the assigned sales opportunities, spearheading the conversion rate of the opportunities with the support of the team.
- Implement Marketing plans for the assigned territory market segments through Exhibitions, Product presentations, Technical Seminars to promote the business.
- To offer mooring solutions and services to the Floater sector in the Renewable Energy Market
- To educate clients on Company range of mooring and subsea expertise
- Explore on other lines of business to aid competitiveness of the Company.
Tendering and Sales
- Analyse sales inquiries and prepare competitive bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage communication with customers.
- Negotiate contract terms and maintain sales records.
- Lead preparation of quotations / tenders and coordinate tender process and submissions as per company process and in liaison with the group department leads.
- As directed, coordinate the resources of other departments to compliment Company business and maximize opportunities
- Prepare sales plan, reports, and reliable forecasts for monthly reporting in a timely manner
- Monitor Competitor performance to assess and improve Mooreast competitive position
- To identify potential business partner relationships throughout the region.
Contract Management & Negotiations
- Negotiate and finalize commercial contracts with vendors, partners, and clients.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, and risks.
- Monitor project progress and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Oversee the contract lifecycle from bid to post award stage
Corporate Development Support
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
- Explore new business ventures and develop business plans.
- Monitor industry trends and collaborate on corporate initiatives.
- Comply with Mooreast quality, safety, environmental management systems and procedures to ensure all duties are executed in a safe manner minimizing harm to the environment.
- To ensure his/ her own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
